This Bay Area Chapter of the California Receivers Forum is a non-profit organization which was formed to address the needs and concerns of all parties who participate in the receivership process.
Our Mission Statement The objective and purpose of this corporation is to provide a forum for open communication and education concerning all legal, procedural and administrative aspects of judicially appointed receivers’ and to raise the level of professionalism in this area through education of members and dissemination of information (both for the courts and within the membership).
Networking & Educational Opportunities The Bay Area Chapter meetings will generally include a guest speaker. The meetings will provide a forum to network, exchange information and receive answers to problems or questions.
Who should join? Past, present and future receivers, lenders, attorneys, accountants, judges, property managers, title companies, asset managers, environmentalists and any related support groups who have been, or may be involved in receivership cases.
