This Bay Area Chapter of the California Receivers Forum is a non-profit organization which was formed to address the needs and concerns of all parties who participate in the receivership process.

Our Mission Statement

“The objective and purpose of this corporation is to provide a forum for open communication and education concerning all legal, procedural and administrative aspects of judicially appointed receivers’ and to raise the level of professionalism in this area through education of members and dissemination of information (both for the courts and within the membership).”
