Please join us for an enlightening panel discussion followed by Q&A about how cash-strapped companies and their turnaround managers, receivers and trustees can evaluate and liquidate a company’s tort, contract, and other claims, including insurance coverage analysis, best practices in preservation of records, legal risks for managers in the insolvency context, and evaluation of compensation methods for counsel.  Electronic media preservation, recovery and chain of custody will also be covered.
